摘要:建立纳米银-石墨烯修饰电极电化学法测定血清中过氧化氢的方法。在pH 7.0的磷酸缓冲溶液中,过氧化氢在-0.1 V处产生明显的还原峰。过氧化氢在纳米银-石墨烯修饰的电极上的反应是典型的表面控制反应过程。过氧化氢的浓度在0.5 ~2.7 mmol/L范围内与其还原峰峰电流呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r2=0.993 0,检出限为0.17 mmol/L(信噪比S/N=3),测定结果的相对标准偏差小于5%(n=5),加标回收率为98%~103%。该方法灵敏度高,测定结果准确可靠,可用于血清中过氧化氢的测定。  
Abstract:The method for determination of hydroden peroxide (H2O2) in human serum by nanosilver graphene modified electrode-electrochemical method was established. At phosphate buffer solution with pH 7.0, it was found that H2O2 had an obvious reductive peak at -0.1 V and the reaction of H2O2 on the electrode was the surface control process. The results showed that the concentration of H2O2 had good linear relationship with the reductive peak current intensity in the range of 0.5-2.7 mmol/L, the linearly dependent coefficient (r2) was 0.993 0, the detection limit was 0.17 mmol/L (S/N=3). The relative standard deviation of determination results was less than 5%(n=5) and the average recovery were 98%-103%. The method is acurate with high sensitivity, it can be applied to the determination of H2O2 in the human serum.
