摘要:建立气相色谱同时测定2-甲基吡嗪和2-氰基吡嗪的分析方法。以乙二醇为溶剂将2-甲基吡嗪、2-氰基吡嗪与内标物2-甲氧基吡嗪混合均匀,选择BK-wax毛细管柱,以氢火焰离子化检测器检测,内标法定量。2-甲基吡嗪和2-氰基吡嗪的质量浓度在0.13~0.39 g/L范围内与色谱峰面积均呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.992,0.995,检出限分别为0.00488,0.00465 g/L。2-甲基吡嗪和2-氰基吡嗪的平均加标回收率分别为102.7%,101.7%,测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为4.9%~7.0%,2.0%~5.5%(n=5)。该方法简便、准确、重复性好,适用于同时分析2-甲基吡嗪和2-氰基吡嗪。  
Abstract:A method for simultaneous determination of 2-methylpyrazine and 2-cyanodiazine by gas chromatography was established. The mixtures of 2-methylpyrazine, 2-cyanopyrazine with internal standard substance 2-methylpyrazine in ethylene glycol were separated by BK-wax capillary column and detected with FID detector. The results were analyzed quantitatively by internal standard method. The mass concentrations of 2-methylpyrazine and 2-cyanopyrazine was linear with its chromatographic peak area in the range of 0.13-0.39 g/L, the linear correlation coefficients were 0.992, 0.995, respectively, and the detection limits were 0.00488, 0.00465 g/L, respectively. The average recoveries of 2-methylpyrazine and 2-cyanopyrazine were 102.7%, 101.7%, respectively, and the relative standard deviations of detection results were 4.9%-7.0%, 2.0%-5.5%(n=5), respectively. The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, it is suitable for simultaneous analysis of 2-methylpyrazine and 2-cyanopyrazine.
