摘要: 采用Nafion-石墨烯修饰电极差分脉冲溶出伏安法测定巧克力中乙基香兰素的含量。于pH 1.98的B-R缓冲溶液中,在0.83 V电压下将巧克力样品溶液搅拌富集60 s,获得一个灵敏的阳极溶出峰,峰电流与样品溶液的质量浓度线性相关,线性范围为2.4~8.2 μg/mL,相关系数为0.999 5,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.60% (n=15)。乙基香兰素的检出限为0.076 μg/mL,加标回收率为98.60%~101.38%。该方法可用于食品中乙基香兰素含量的测定。  
Abstract:The content of ethyl vanillin in chocolate was determined by differential pulse stripping voltammetry. The electrode was modified by Nafion-graphene composite film. The sample was added in a B-R buffer solution to form a system with pH 1.98. A sensitive anodic stripping peak was obtained with 0.83 V after being stirred and enriched for 60 s. Under optimal conditions, the value of peak current was linear with the solution concertration in the range of 2.4-8.2 μg/mL with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 5, the relative standard deviation of the determination results was 1.60% (n=15), the detection limit was 0.076 μg/mL, and the recoveries were 98.60 %-101.38 %. The method is suitable for determination of ethyl vanillin in foods.
